Shipping policy

1. Delivery throughout Israel.

2. Order preparation time: 2 to 3 business days from payment approval. Products are 3D printed to order, so preparation time is required before shipping.

3. Shipping is carried out through delivery services in Israel. The available shipping options and their prices are shown at checkout. Estimated shipping time from the moment the parcel is handed to the courier: up to 7 business days.

4. Total delivery time is the preparation days plus the shipping days, and will not exceed 14 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page or agreed with the customer in advance.

5. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before the order is completed. Shipping promotions and benefits, if any, will be shown on the site and will apply according to their terms.

6. Business days do not include Friday, Saturday, eves of holidays and holidays.

7. Delays caused by the courier, by an incorrect address supplied by the customer, or by force majeure are not the responsibility of the business. Shipping times are an estimate only.

8. It is the customer's responsibility to supply accurate delivery details. A shipment returned due to incorrect details will be resent subject to payment of an additional shipping charge.
